Working with families and children for over eight years as an occupational therapist has provided me with an incredible respect for the energy, patience, and unwavering love required by parents as they navigate challenging behaviours, developmental difficulties, and being the best advocates for their children.
I began my occupational therapy journey as a student of the Masters program at UBC in Vancouver. Following graduation I worked for the Child Development Centre in Delta, before moving to the sunny Okanagan and continuing my career
at the Penticton Child Development Centre for three years.
Between doing my best to raise my own brood of self-aware, kind, and compassionate little humans (I have a 5-year-old, 2-year-old, and 2-month-old), I am also one of the co-founders of Collective Therapy. My passion is working with families struggling with picky eating and seeing them thrive as they discover solutions and strategies that work.
I co-teach the Picky Eating interactive class and am available for one-on-one sessions with families living in BC. Send me an email and lets discuss how we can work together.
